Terms & Conditions — tk9071

In this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the tk9071 website accessible at tk9071.bet and all associated services, games, betting markets, and promotional features available thereunder.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who has registered a tk9071 account or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of all real-money funds held within a Player's Account, excluding any bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free b ets, or reward credits granted to a Player's Account subject to specific wagering or turnover requirements before withdrawal is permitted.

Access to and use of tk9071 is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. tk9071 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and any account found to belong to an individual under 21 will be immediately closed. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, you will be required to submit valid identity documentation, which may include your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification, as well as proof of your payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until documentation is provided and verified.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. tk9071 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify tk9071 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

All bets, transactions, and actions completed while you are logged into your Account are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether they were authorised by you. tk9071 will treat all activity conducted from your Account as authorised by you unless you have previously reported that your Account security has been compromised and we have confirmed receipt of that report in writing.

You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to your designated payment method. Account closure does not waive tk9071's right to pursue any outstanding debt owed by you to the Platform.

tk9071 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion if it reasonably suspects or determines that:

• You have breached any provision of this Agreement.
• You have provided false or misleading registration information.
• You are under 21 years of age.
• You have engaged in fraudulent, collusive, or abusive behaviour.
• You have used automated software, bots, or scripting tools to interact with the Platform.
• You have exploited a software bug, pricing error, or promotional miscalculation.
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance obligations require us to do so.

tk9071 supports the following payment channels for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected domestic bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned and the Account being subject to review. Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of request submission for verified accounts, though processing times for specific payment channels may vary. tk9071 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

All Account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on tk9071 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). tk9071 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the Player and their payment provider.

These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may vary by product category. tk9071 reserves the right to impose individual account-level stake limits at its sole discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk9071 excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, or losses arising from decisions made in reliance upon information published on the Platform. Our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy.

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between you and tk9071 in relation to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior representations, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
